TRIPLE PRIMER MALIGN TUMORS

Vakıf Gureba Eğitim Hastanesi Nöroşirurji Kliniği, İstanbul Primer triple malign tumors with different pathologies in the presence of brain tumors are rarely seen. In this article the patient who 58 years old female with triple malign tumors is presented. She had an operation due to left breast mass six years ago and histopathology report stated that the tumor was infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Two years ago she had another operation for rectum tumor and the histopathology report was mucinous adenocarcinosa at that time. Recently in 1999 February, she had third operation for right temropal area tumors. The histopathology of that tumor was reported as glioblastoma multiforme. In this article the patient has been presented and discussed with similar patients who were reported previously regarding their clinical pictures, environmental and genetic factors, and literature has been reviewed.
