Marmara Üniversitesi Eczacılık Fakültesi Farmasötik Mikrobiyoloji AD In this study, the effects of laser rays (Helium-neon (H-N) Silber-Bauer, Austria L 2) on the experimentally made tumor in mice is evaluated by light and electron microscopy. Totally 20 Mus musculus ALB species mice were used, 10 for the experiment and 10 for the control group. 0.1 cc solution (1 mg 7.12 dimetilbenzantrasen dissolved in 100 ml benzen) was injected into the subcutaneous tissue of the mice to make fusiform cell sarcoma. Then from this produced sarcoma, tumor transplantation was performed. 20 days following implantation mice were used in the experiments. For the mice having tumor (experiment group); daily 3 minutes of laser were applied for 15 days, control group was only observed. The tumors of both groups were surveyed macroscopically and examined by light and electron microscopy. Keywords :
