A sixteen years old male patient with juvenile angiofibroma has been refered to us for radiotherapy after his tumor progressed with chemotherapy regime. Diagnosis was established by biopsy. Tumor was thought to be originated in the nasopharynx and extended the unilateral paranasal sinuses, the left orbit, the base of skull, the cavernous sinus, the middle cranial fossa and intracranial area. The tumor was accepted inoperable stage and the patient was treated radiotherapy alone with Co-60 treatment unit. A dose of 5400 cGy/27 fraction/5.5 weeks was applied to the tumor volume. Seven months later a CT-Scan of the nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses showed complete regression of the tumor. Thirty three months elapsed after radiation therapy and his tumor has been still in complete remission.
