Tumor was thought to be originated in the nasopharynx and extended the unilateral paranasal sinuses, the left orbit, the base of skull, the cavernous sinus, the middle cranial fossa and intracranial area. The tumor was accepted inoperable stage and the patient was treated radiotherapy alone with Co-60 treatment unit. A dose of 5400 cGy/27 fraction/5.5 weeks was applied to the tumor volume.
