It's usually a large B-cell non-hodgkin lymphoma typically presenting as an uveitis unresponsive to corticosteroid therapy. Pathologic confirmation of malignant cells in the specimens of cerebrospinal fluid, vitreus or chorioretinal biopsies is required in the diagnosis. The optimal therapy hasn't yet been determined. Systemic chemotherapy and radiotherapy combination is generally used in its treatment. In this article, a 68-year-old female patient with intraocular non-hodgkin lymphoma is presented with management and related literature review. Keywords :
