The morphologic effect of the laser on mouse sarcoma: Spindle cell sarcoma was produced in the mouse, Laser was applied on this sarcoma at definite dosage time. Tumors were generally diminish in size or lost macroscopically. Histopathologically, it was observed that tumor cells decreased in number or connective tissue developed at the place where the cells lost.
