A case of pulmonary pseudolymphoma: a male patient, aged 45, who was thought clinically and radiologically to have pneumonia 10 years ago, was then diagnosed as a case of well differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma following lobectomy performed 5 years ago and treated accordingly. A recurrence of the lesion, on the previous localisation, that is, the middle lobe of the right lung, was excised. The histopathological examination suggested a pseudoymphoma and the diagnosis was confirmed following immunohistochemistry.
