Following treatment, the patient showed no evidence of disease. However, during her follow-up, endometrial carcinoma was diagnosed as a second malignancy; requiring surgery and postoperative adjuvant pelvic radiotherapy. During 26 months of follow-up after diagnosis of cervical lymphoma, the patient was found to be disease-free.
